Outdoor wednesday in Normandy

It is Outdoor wednesday again, organised by Susan from http://asoutherndaydreamer.blogspot.com/ When you want to find out more about it, just visit her blog
Het is weer Outdoor wednesday, georganiseerd door Susan van http://asoutherndaydreamer.blogspot.com/ , als je meer wilt weten over dit wekelijke gebeuren kan je even op haar blog kijkenThere is nothing more exciting then visiting a French Brocante market early in the morning. Driving on the small roads and not knowing where you will end up this time..and what treasures will be found. We did it again during our vacation in Normandy, my husband driving (I am not a hero) and me reading the addresses in the newspapers of the places where it was all going to happen.

Trying to find the market we had to stop and take some pictures of the early morning fog and the trees with the mistletoe.

The mistletoes in the trees are wonderful. Last year I was photographing one, high up in a tree when suddenly a french gendarme joined me asking me what I was doing..."Just taking pictures" was my answer, while allmost falling down ....Which was the truth but that was because he caught me in the act, I was about to take one home...

I found a couple of lace pieces, some antique jewelry, enamel, and lots of old plates. I managed to park my so appreciated husband in a group of wine drinking frenchmen. It gave me the opportunity to bounce around.
I I gave it all a chance in our home
Thuisgekomen alles weer een plekje gegeven.

I never knew where mistletoe came from...well I figured some kind of tree or bush but never saw one before.
